Former Crossfit enthusiast turned Budokon Badass. To be honest crossfit gave me a lot of things but the everlasting "everday is leg day feeling" never vanished. It became clear to me that there was a missing piece which i hadn't found yet. So for the sake of my mind and body I went on a search for the treasure that seemed to be still hidden. To my surprise connecting to BDK and thus going back to my martial arts roots really did the trick. Not only did my relationships in improve but I also started to feel and look a lot healthier. It was amazing I actually had the best time of my life practicing needless to say i was hooked and immediately started to reach out in order to become a sensei (teacher).
